Last night I drank a moderate amount of alcohol. I had read previously that dreams after drinking have questionable meaning, but wanted to share this anyways, as it was quite powerful. In the dream I was in some kind of historical museum, with historical artifacts from the late 1800s and early 1900s. While there, I somehow got transported into a past life that took place during that time period. I kept seeing people, in these museum exhibits come to life and address me as the person I was in this past life. All of these conversations eluded to the idea that in this past life I was either a really horrible person or a person who had made some really horrible decisions. Some people were addressing me in a friendly way, but in a 1920s like gangster type of way. Others were direct and angry, specifically telling me that I really ruined a lot of lives and angered a lot of people. Then I started to see some short clips of this person, the past life version of myself. Through these clips I started to see a lot of similarities between the personality I have in this life and the one I had in this past life. Specifically, I noticed the past life version of me having a similar goofy and enthusiastic reaction to a lot of things. This is how I feel I am when I am at my best.
